EY is seeking a Manager in Solution Architecture focused on Salesforce Revenue Cloud. You will bridge business problems and technical solutions, guiding decisions to align with business outcomes. You will work embedded with client teams to help them innovate and remain competitive in a rapidly changing digital landscape. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions, from discovery through deployment, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Your Key Responsibilities

Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes. Establish procedures affecting your immediate work area and possibly the broader business function. Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to obtain results. Skills and Attributes for Success

Excellent oral and written communication skills; comfortable leading conversations with audiences at all levels. Ability to lead discovery meetings to identify system requirements and understand business processes with the client. Experience in Salesforce CRM and multiple end-to-end implementations; Salesforce Revenue Cloud experience preferred. Salesforce integration experience and familiarity with middleware tools. Deep experience with Salesforce components (APEX, Visualforce, APIs, AppExchange, etc.). Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce workflows, approvals, and related functionality. Ability to design and solution the Salesforce platform and identify gaps between current and future state. Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and platform capabilities; ability to work with developers to define specs for custom code or data migration. Ability to manage project timelines and economics to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Risk identification and mitigation planning; support for change management. Cloud computing architecture, cybersecurity and privacy architecture, and complex problem-solving skills. Building and managing relationships; effective communication with impact. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (4-year). Typically 4–6+ years of relevant experience implementing Salesforce with teams of 5+ people; hands-on configuration and customization experience. Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud. Strong oral and written communication skills; comfortable leading conversations with diverse audiences. Relational database concepts knowledge. Self-starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities. Salesforce.com certifications. Willingness to travel based on client needs. Preferred / Ideal

Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics; Master's preferred. Certifications and prior consulting experience highly preferred. What We Look For

Competitive compensation and benefits. The base salary range in the US is $139,100 to $254,900; NYC Metro, WA, and CA ranges differ.
