Senior Manager, Contracts

(Onsite) to support the Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS) Program within the Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) Strategic Business Unit. The role focuses on proposal activity and contract execution for LTAMDS and Ghosteye product lines, including FAR-based domestic and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contracts with the US Army and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) contracts with foreign customers. This position will be an integral part of the business teams, supporting strategic solutions and providing dynamic recommendations for proposal, negotiation, and execution issues. A background in DCS contracting with foreign customers is preferred. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, highly motivated, well-organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Our Contracts team partners with internal and external stakeholders to influence and execute balanced business deals, supporting products and services delivered to customers on a global portfolio. What You Will Do

Provide sound skills to meet customer obligations, achieve company objectives, and comply with company policies. Contribute as a key participant during pre-proposal strategy, proposal development, negotiation, and program startup phases. Analyze RFPs, develop proposals, coordinate proposal reviews, negotiate, and manage contractual agreements, contract execution, and contract administration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to construct, submit, and negotiate Terms and Conditions and pricing proposals. Manage DCS contracts with foreign customers. Control scope and terms to ensure work is performed per the contract. Provide guidance on contractual and business issues, advising management of rights, obligations, and risk mitigation. Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal partners. Travel to customer locations (domestic and international) as required. Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 7 years of experience. Experience in one or more of: Contracts Administration/Management, Program/Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Financial/Estimating Management, and international DCS contracting. Qualifications We Prefer

Strong knowledge of DoD acquisition lifecycle, FAR/DFARS guidelines. Ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal partners based on understanding, teamwork, and trust. Professional written and verbal communication skills; thorough analytical and interpersonal abilities; adaptable to multiple business situations. Ability to multi-task across programs with strong time management and organizational skills. Juris Doctor, MBA, or NCMA Certification is a plus. What We Offer
