Location: Fort Shafter, HI USACE Organization: Pacific Ocean Division (POD) Headquarters Salary range listed in the posting: Hickam Village, HI $144,410 - $195,378 (note: salary ranges may vary by location and pay plan). Responsibilities
Serve as Chief, Business Management Division, Regional Business Directorate, Pacific Ocean Division (POD). Manage the technical and administrative functions of the Division and supervise a staff of 2-4 positions at the GS-13/GS-14 levels. Plan, establish, and implement the Regional Business Center (RBC) concept on a Division-wide basis. Manage and supervise the Division\'s strategic management program, workforce development, outreach, public affairs/strategic communications, and developmental programs for program managers. Lead activities of Division planning and steering boards and strategic planning initiatives. Provide direction and guidance for near- and long-term regional POD RBC strategies; participate in long-range business process planning and regional governance; support RBC initiatives to identify gaps, risks, and measures to improve POD operations. Qualifications

Incumbent must possess or obtain and maintain a valid state Driver\'s License to operate vehicles. Relocation (PCS) expenses may be authorized if in the government\'s best interests.
