Compass Connections is a mission-driven organization providing shelter, residential care, foster care, adoption, and community-based support services. We are seeking a bilingual Personnel Support Resource Manager to join our team to lead programs in a shelter environment while supporting vulnerable children and families. What You’ll Do
Lead and manage program operations, support staff development, and ensure program compliance in a safe, supportive, and culturally responsive environment for youth and families. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (may include some nights & weekends) Travel:
Commute to on-site location; occasional travel for training and/or regional/leadership conferences Benefits:

Must be fluent in Spanish and English What We’re Looking For
Education:
BA in education, psychology, sociology, or related behavioral science Experience:
Minimum 5 years in a leadership or program management role Certifications:
First Aid, CPR, Emergency Behavior Intervention (training provided) Language:
Fluent in Spanish and English Leadership:
Strong interpersonal skills, crisis management experience, and a heart for service ID:
Valid driver’s license and an insurable vehicle Day-One Coverage:
