About the Role

We’re seeking compassionate, bilingual professionals to join our team as a bilingual Youth Care Worker, supporting youth in a structured and nurturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and adolescents and who thrive in hands-on, people-centered work.


Key Things To know about this role:

💰 Pay: $21.21/hour (Bi-weekly pay)

📍 Location: 7404 Hwy 90 West, San Antonio, TX

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

🕒 Shift: 2 PM – 8 PM (Evenings)

📍 Travel: Will need to commute to the on-site location.

What We’re Looking For

✅ High School Diploma or GED

✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in child welfare, youth services, or a related field

✅ Preferred: 2+ years of experience and/or formal training in human services

Must be fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)

✅ Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a commitment to youth development

✅ Must have a valid driver's license and an Insurable vehicle


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct supervision and care to youth in a safe, supportive setting
  • Assist with daily routines, recreational activities, and behavioral support
  • Foster a positive and respectful environment that promotes growth and healing
  • Communicate effectively with youth, staff, and families in both English and Spanish
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow organizational protocols
