Associate Program Director – PRHS, Compass Connections
Compass Connections provides shelter, residential care, foster care, adoption, and community-based support services to vulnerable children and families. We are a mission-driven organization focused on dignity, safety, and empowerment.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the Post Release Home Studies (PRHS) program in a shelter environment.
Support staff development and ensure program compliance.
Foster a safe, supportive, and culturally responsive environment for youth and families.
Coordinate residential care, community-based support, foster care, and adoption services as part of program leadership.
Qualifications
Education: BA in education, psychology, sociology, or related behavioral science.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a leadership or program management role.
Certifications: First Aid, CPR, Emergency Behavior Intervention (training provided).
Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English.
Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills, crisis management experience, and a heart for service.
ID: Valid driver’s license and an insurable vehicle.
