What You Will Be Doing
Architect practical academic frameworks that bridge learning science and daily execution Orchestrate academic excellence by conducting high-stakes performance reviews and ensuring accountability across our network Lead data-driven investigations to identify and eliminate barriers to accelerated learning Spearhead strategic planning and milestone tracking to keep a focus on exceptional student outcomes Be our academic ambassador, delivering inspiring keynotes and collaborating with education ministries worldwide What You Won’t Be Doing
Making incremental tweaks to curriculum without driving fundamental change Conducting theoretical research disconnected from real student achievement Avoiding direct accountability by hiding behind layers of management Relying on reputation rather than demonstrable results to drive change Director Of Academic Excellence Key Responsibilities

Advanced credentials in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, or a related field (Master’s/Ph.D.) Proven track record of leading academic/EdTech teams to exceptional outcomes (7+ years) Demonstrated success in leveraging AI/technology to boost learning efficiency Established thought leadership presence through speaking, publishing, or advisory roles Sharp performance management skills and ability to drive excellence among top performers Expertise in data-driven learning diagnostics and intervention design Natural ability to connect with diverse stakeholders from students to school leaders Nice-to-have Requirements
Experience founding or leading innovative educational ventures Experience navigating diverse educational landscapes across cultures and borders Expert knowledge of mastery learning principles and Bloom’s 2 Sigma research About 2 Hour Learning

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
