We seek a fearless pioneer to amplify success across our network and champion an evidence-based approach. This role focuses on translating learning science into practical excellence, coaching high-performing teams, and driving real transformation with measurable results. This is a full-time, remote opportunity with compensation at $200/hour (approximately $400,000/year based on a 40-hour week and 50 weeks/year). What You Will Be Doing
Architect practical academic frameworks bridging learning science and daily execution Orchestrate academic excellence through high-stakes performance reviews and accountability across our network Lead data-driven investigations to identify and remove barriers to accelerated learning Spearhead strategic planning and milestone tracking to achieve exceptional student outcomes Serve as our academic ambassador, delivering inspiring keynotes and collaborating with education ministries worldwide

Basic Requirements
You'll need to bring: Advanced credentials in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, or related field (Master\'s/Ph.D.) Proven track record of leading academic/EdTech teams to exceptional outcomes (7+ years) Demonstrated success in leveraging AI/technology to boost learning efficiency Established thought leadership presence through speaking, publishing, or advisory roles Sharp performance management skills and ability to drive excellence among top performers Expertise in data-driven learning diagnostics and intervention design Natural ability to connect with diverse stakeholders from students to school leaders
