The Director, Financial Planning & Analysis implements and supports models used to effectively measure performance across the organization. This position implements and applies metrics and goals consistently across departments, applies an effective methodology that will allow supervisors and managers to measure current staffing levels, and forecasts levels required to comply with the budget, forecast, and five year business plan. This role works under the direction of the VP, Financial Planning & Analysis. Director, Financial Planning & Analysis – for Information Technology Director, Financial, Planning & Analysis for Information Technology supports the financial and strategic planning needs of the Information Technology Group. This will include the building and supporting of models to effectively forecast and measure performance across the Information Technology organization for full time staff, technology contractors, and outside vendor partners. The role will support the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) in executing on companywide strategic initiatives given the firm’s focus on investing in technology advancement. This position implements and applies metrics and goals consistently across Information Technology that tie into the company wide metrics, applies an effective methodology that allow leaders to measure current staffing levels, and forecasts levels required to comply with the budget, forecast, and five year business plan. This role works under the direction of the VP, Financial Planning & Analysis. Responsibilities

Serves as a key member of the finance team and key financial liaison to the assigned management team, under the direction of the VP, Financial Planning & Analysis. Delivers value-added business analysis, as well as defines meaningful financial and operational metrics that lead to insightful and accurate business decisions Drives an efficient, effective, and comprehensive process for developing financial plans and analysis that links to the strategic objectives Provides financial modeling, financial analysis, and valuation support for acquisitions, new product development, long-term contracts, and other ad-hoc financial projects Assists in preparing analysis, commentary, and presentation material for the monthly financial review meetings Develops and enhances competitive intelligence Exhibits flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments as they are identified and to assist with various ad hoc projects as needed Develops and monitors company and departmental annual budget and monthly forecasts, ensuring all budgets are accurate, comprehensive, and completed on time Actively owns key finance and business process and implements a company-wide budget tool Provides a high level of thought process to drive improvement; recommends areas for improvement and leads projects to enhance the reporting and analytical infrastructure Designs and prepares monthly reports that include full financial statements, comprehensive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting, operational Dashboard reporting, analysis of key business trends, actual versus budget variances, and comprehensive executive level explanations of differences Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, include but not limited to compliance and operational risk. Demonstrate consideration for Cenlar’s reputation as well as our clients, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards. Ensure all activities are in accordance with Cenlar’s approved risk appetite statement and applicable compliance and regulatory requirements. Director, Financial Planning & Analysis – for Information Technology (in addition to the above-stated responsibilities)

Serves as a key member partner of the Information Technology department and key financial executive to the operations management team, under the direction of the VP, Financial Planning & Analysis. Supports the forecasting and prudent financial management of the company’s cloud computing spend Serves as the Enterprise Project Management Office’s primary source for financial insights, metrics, and monitoring to align with financial performance Supports the creation of the Cenlar’s annual strategic plan and supporting Information Technology strategic plan Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Accounting required; Master’s degree in business administration and/or CPA is preferred 10+ years of experience in a management role in a growth organization Financial planning, management reporting financial modeling, and budget management experience required Strong analytical skills Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with senior management Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel Experience working with accounting and reporting systems Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills Entrepreneurial team player who can multitask Self-reliant, good problem solver, results-oriented Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical finance initiatives Director, Financial Planning & Analysis – for Information Technology (in addition to the above-stated requirements)

10+ years of experience in a management role in a growth organization with a focus on technology and project management financial forecasting, reporting and support Direct and applicable cloud computing support from transition to operational cloud cost management A player-manager with a ‘roll up sleeves and get the job done’ attitude Strong interpersonal skills who can manage through influence and support the organization goals
