A successful alternative asset manager, in Boston, is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join the Treasury team. This role supports oversight and fiduciary responsibilities across a range of investment products and reports directly to the Treasurer. Key Responsibilities
Support regulatory reporting (e.g., DOL filings, Form 5500, call reports) Manage fund expenses and events, such as share class activations Monitor daily cash flow activity and enforce the Significant Cash Flow Policy Liaise with third-party vendors (administrators, custodians, legal firms, etc.) Oversee onboarding of new clients, ensuring compliance with legal and procedural standards Assist with annual audits and financial statement preparation Provide reporting on revenue, accruals, expenses, and investment performance Prepare materials for board and committee meetings Maintain and update Treasury policies and procedures Support internal and ad-hoc reporting needs Qualifications
3+ years of experience in treasury, fund management, investments, or accounting Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Salesforce, VBA, Bloomberg, and Python This is a full-time opportunity offering up to $110K base salary, depending on experience, plus bonus potential and a hybrid work schedule.
