Lead restaurant operations and financial performance with full accountability for the store. Mentor and develop team members; instill Wendy’s culture; motivate staff to meet and exceed expectations. Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness; maintain service quality and customer satisfaction. Implement and manage schedules, labor costs, and performance benchmarks. Qualifications
Three years of experience as a restaurant general manager in a quick-service environment with heavy drive-thru experience (Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Arby’s, Taco Bell, etc.). Strong background in restaurant operations; track record of achieving benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation. Benefits
