Responsibilities
Be the leader of your restaurant, mentoring and developing team members to ensure the store’s success. Instill the Wendy’s culture within your team and motivate them to exceed customer expectations on every visit. Hold total operational and financial responsibility for your restaurant. Qualifications
Three years of experience as a restaurant general manager in a quick-service restaurant with a heavy drive-thru operation (e.g., Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Arby’s, Taco Bell). Strong background in restaurant operations with demonstrated benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness. Benefits
