to support families engaged in our Intensive Home-Based Therapeutic Care (IHBTC), Individual Family Flexible Support Services (IFFSS), and Emergency Department Diversion Team (ED). What You’ll Do
As a Family Partner At BHN, You Will Partner with parents and caregivers to strengthen confidence and build supportive networks. Teach families to navigate child-serving systems and processes. Provide consultation to treatment teams on family-driven practices. Link parents to peer/parent support, self-help groups, and community resources. Support families in identifying and achieving goals outlined in treatment plans. Who You Are
High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years of experience with children/adolescents/transition-age youth; OR Associate’s Degree in Human Services with 1+ year of related experience; OR Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services with 1+ year of experience with the target population. Personal lived experience as a caregiver of a youth with special needs, preferably with mental health needs. Strong knowledge of child- and family-serving systems and ability to guide families in navigating them. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required). Strong verbal/written communication and cultural competence. About Us
