Store General Manager
FIGS is looking for an awesome, capable, and experienced Store General Manager to open and lead our Upper East Side Community Hub in New York. As the Store General Manager, you will oversee all facets of retail operations and the development of our Community Hub staff, including sales, embroidery, back-of-house operations, in-Hub experiences, and store leadership. Your primary focus will be delivering an exceptional experience to our healthcare professionals, while also driving business growth through exemplary management. This role entails close collaboration with our HQ leadership team.

What Youll Do
Attract, develop, and lead a high-performing team through effective training and coaching
Educate and train team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Serve as a brand ambassador through product expertise, sharing the product story with all customers, making product recommendations, and training the team
Develop business strategies, analyze business goals and targets to achieve financial objectives in line with business-specific KPIs
Monitor and improve sales performance and productivity in line with business objectives
Provide weekly reporting on sales and inventory trends, product performance, etc.
Create and foster a dynamic environment while motivating employees to represent the FIGS brand, mission, and values
Lead by example on the sales floor up to 5 days per week, offering real-time feedback and coaching to the team
Contribute to visual merchandising efforts and ensure store standards are upheld
Ensure stock integrity practices are maintained and back of house is managed according to FIGS' standards of operational excellence
Manage product inventory, including unpacking boxes weighing between 5 to 30 lbs, as needed
Spearhead innovative projects within tight deadlines
Accurately track hours and expenses and review profit and loss statements for accuracy
Ensure all safety and security procedures are followed and communicate potential issues
Foster a positive, productive, and inspirational work environment
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in retail management
2+ years of experience managing high-volume retail operations
Proven track record of driving results and motivating teams
Exceptional problem solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
All employees are expected to be available to work "Black Friday" (the day after US Thanksgiving) until the end of the holiday season, to be defined each year based on the time period guests are permitted to return holiday merchandise, on an annual basis

Pay Range: This role's base salary range is between $80,000 and $100,000. Actual base salary is determined based on relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
