Overview

The Regional Business Director II (RBD II) will be responsible for hiring and leading a sales launch team, promoting non-opioid pain therapies. The RBD II will establish, lead, and develop a team of high-performing sales professionals that execute against the marketing plan and sales goals. The RBD II must ensure that all activities comply with corporate guidelines and that representatives operate legally and ethically. Responsibilities

Hire/Lead a region of 11-12 Sales Representatives Oversee all aspects of sales, managed markets pull through, thought leader development, promotional programming, and budget management for the region Coach and mentor to drive continuous improvement Create and drive long-term strategy and short-term tactics to achieve business goals in a timely manner Develop regional business plans aligned with national sales goals, expectations, and resources, including Regional and Territory strategies and resource allocation Plan, design and implement territory alignment based on maximum ROI Establish positive working relationships with key customer segments (internal and external) Conduct in-depth situation analyses to identify opportunities or improvements Collaborate with other Regional Business Directors, brand marketing, payer marketing, managed markets field teams, medical affairs, and senior management to achieve sales objectives Be an expert in the clinical data affecting current product promotion, disease state and market trends Qualifications and Education

Bachelor’s Degree required 7+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience with at least 2 years in sales management Experience in Pain or Neurology market preferred but not mandatory Experience managing through complex reimbursement environments Documented Launch Experience Start-up Experience preferred Willing to travel overnight >50% of the week Preferred Skills

Some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on performance. Actual salary will vary based on qualifications, skills, and proficiency.
