Leon Capital Group (LCG) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Senior Director of Acquisitions

to lead the origination and sourcing of healthcare real estate opportunities across the U.S. This highly visible role is focused on identifying, cultivating, and advancing acquisition targets, with an emphasis on sale-leaseback transactions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships with health systems, private physician groups, developers, and private equity firms. This is a front-line, externally facing role for someone who thrives in relationship-building, has strong deal intuition, and is motivated by pipeline creation. You will serve as the “tip of the spear” in identifying qualified acquisition opportunities, while working in close partnership with our Managing Director, who will lead the negotiation and execution of deals. We are open to two distinct profiles: A

plug-and-play originator

with a background in real estate acquisitions, brokerage, or tenant representation, ideally with fund exposure or institutional capital experience; Or, a

green but gritty go-getter

with commercial real estate exposure and an insatiable drive to learn, build, and win. Key Responsibilities

Actively source healthcare real estate acquisition opportunities, including sale-leasebacks with physician groups and health systems, and joint ventures with developers or private equity groups. Cultivate and maintain relationships with brokers, health systems, practice owners, and institutional partners. Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of off-market and marketed opportunities; serve as the primary point of contact during early-stage discussions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders on deal qualification, underwriting, and diligence handoff. Monitor market trends, identify new geographies or specialties for growth, and provide strategic input on sourcing priorities. Represent the firm externally at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand and deal flow. Qualifications

5–15+ years of experience in commercial real estate, healthcare real estate, or related fields (open to more seasoned or up-and-coming candidates). Experience with healthcare real estate transactions, particularly sale-leaseback structures, joint ventures, or strategic partnerships. Demonstrated track record (or clear potential) of sourcing real estate investment opportunities. Background in brokerage, tenant rep, or leasing preferred; fund/investment experience a strong plus. Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills with a highly relational and entrepreneurial mindset. Self-starter with high energy, curiosity, and grit; comfortable building from scratch and opening doors. Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of self-direction and strong commercial instincts. Willingness and ability to travel 50%+
