Overview
Our firm is a retained executive search firm leading the CEO search for our PE client, Dubin Clark. Super Home Services (SHS) is a residential exterior services company specializing in lawn care, pest and mosquito control, and ornamental maintenance. SHS is based in the fastest growing home services market in the US, Florida. The company is positioned to nearly double in size within the next 4-5 years through a combination of organic growth and future acquisitions. Founded in 1984, Dubin Clark has completed 163 acquisitions and 111 add-ons in its history. The company has extensive expertise in route-based residential services businesses which are attractive due to the reoccurring revenue and the attractive exit multiples. Three of its current investments operate in this space: SHS, Castleworks (HVAC and plumbing), and EcoSystems (irrigation). In 2021, Dubin Clark successfully exited another home services business, Sila (heating and air conditioning), selling to Morgan Stanley Capital Partners after growing revenue and EBITDA more than 12x. Role and Objectives
The CEO will report to the Board and lead the company’s growth strategy toward achieving $50M in revenue. The go-to-market strategy includes start up of a call center along with integrated marketing strategies to drive residential consumer lead generation. M&A strategy includes acquisitions of Florida based residential services companies ranging from $0-2M in EBITDA. Responsibilities
They will frequently visit SHS locations to engage frontline teams, ensure successful integrations, and foster a unified culture. Qualifications
They should have 15 years of leadership experience, some within a route-based service business and a track record of scaling businesses. Prior private equity experience is preferred. Compensation
Compensation includes a competitive base salary, target bonus, and an attractive equity package.
