The Director of Business Development will lead PROCEDEO’s growth strategy by building and deepening client relationships, securing new opportunities, and expanding our presence in key markets. This is a senior-level role focused on strategy, relationships, and result-driven meaningful connections with decision-makers while representing PROCEDEO at industry and client events. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (advanced degree preferred). 8–10+ years of progressive business development or client-facing experience, ideally in construction, education, or professional services. Proven ability to win and grow large, complex accounts. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and conferences. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Development Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with senior decision-makers in K-12 school districts, municipalities, healthcare, and the private sector. Lead strategic pursuits, ensuring PROCEDEO is positioned to win major opportunities. Develop and execute growth strategies that align with company goals and market trends. Provide leadership in proposal development, presentations, and executive-level client discussions. Maintain accurate pipeline and performance metrics in CRM; deliver regular reports to leadership. Client Engagement & Events Represent PROCEDEO at industry conferences, board meetings, and community forums. Organize and host client events, roundtables, and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships. Ensure seamless execution of client-facing events, including logistics, invitations, and follow-up. Act as a trusted advisor to clients during early engagement and throughout the relationship lifecycle. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with leadership, project teams, and marketing to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience. Provide insights and feedback from the market to inform strategic planning and service offerings.
