General Manager - Historic Restaurant We’re looking for a General Manager who can steward a piece of New York history while leading it into its next chapter. This landmark restaurant is more than a dining room, it’s an institution. The ideal candidate combines operational expertise with the confidence and presence to be the face of a legacy brand. What You’ll Do

Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring service feels as genuine and welcoming as if you were hosting guests in your own living room. Own the room: be the confident, capable face of the restaurant. Manage back-office operations with systems like Toast, OpenTable, MarginEdge, and Harri. Mentor, train, and build a team that thrives in high-energy service environments. Collaborate with ownership on budgets, forecasting, and strategic growth. Maintain a deep understanding of NYC's dining culture and align the restaurant with the neighborhood’s evolving identity. What You'll Bring

2+ years as a GM or Director of Operations in high-volume, high-profile restaurants. Experience leading large teams and elevating guest experiences.
