What You’ll Do

Lead & Inspire: Mentor and empower a high-performing sales team while fostering accountability and results.

Build Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with senior executives in food and beverage companies, influencing category direction.

Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with R&D, Manufacturing, and Product Development to deliver tailored, science-backed solutions.

Represent the Brand: Attend key industry events and trade shows as a thought leader and ambassador.

Leverage Insights: Use CRM tools and data-driven analysis to forecast, identify opportunities, and implement efficient sales processes.

What You Bring

5+ years in commercial leadership within food and beverage ingredients, specialty chemicals, or related sectors.

Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling accounts.

Strong executive presence with the ability to influence across all levels.

Established U.S. food & beverage industry network.

Proficiency with sales technologies and CRM systems.

Willingness to travel nationally to meet with clients and teams.

Preferred:

Technical credibility from exposure to R&D or product development.
