We are looking for a driven

Enterprise Account Executive

to lead full-cycle, outbound sales efforts targeting hospitals and health systems. This role requires experience selling large, complex seven-figure deals with long sales cycles in the healthcare space. As an early GTM hire, you’ll play a key role in shaping our sales motion, working closely with leadership to open doors, build relationships, and close transformational enterprise partnerships. This is an opportunity for a scrappy, motivated “hunter” who thrives in startup environments, embraces in-person collaboration, and is eager to help define how healthcare technology is sold at scale. Responsibilities

Drive outbound, full-cycle enterprise sales targeting hospitals and health systems. Manage long, complex sales cycles and close seven-figure deals. Consistently achieve and exceed quota, delivering measurable ARR growth. Represent the company at conferences and in-person client meetings, traveling as needed. Collaborate with leadership to refine GTM strategy as an early sales hire. Build strong relationships with decision-makers by simplifying complex, technical solutions. Qualifications

Experience & Seniority: 4–6 years in health tech, including at least 2–3 years as an Enterprise AE. Proven track record of exceeding quotas (100%+ attainment). Prior promotion from BDR → AE with strong outbound success. Background in health tech required; SaaS or startup experience preferred. Experience as a founding GTM or early sales hire is a plus. Hard Skills

Ability to understand technical products and translate them into clear value for prospects. Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools. Soft Skills

Excellent communicator with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders. Self-starter with strong ownership and accountability. Eager to learn and grow; genuine interest in AI, machine learning, and healthcare tech. Other Requirements

Must be willing to work 4–5 days per week in person in San Francisco. Comfortable traveling frequently for conferences and client engagements. Why Join Us
