Job title : General Manager Salary : Starting at $105k to $120k Depending on experience + Profit Sharing and Performance Bonus Schedule : Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm Location : Woodinville, Washington The General Manager is responsible for utilizing the company's FACE values, mission, and vision as guides to lead employees and meet the production facility's goals. This is accomplished through servant leadership and the effective management of manufacturing and assembly operations. This position implements manufacturing and operational strategies to achieve safety, quality, and efficiency targets. The General Manager is expected to be involved in the community, focus on self-development, and continuously strive for leadership excellence. This position directly reports to the VP of Operations of the division. The General Manager interacts daily with all production floor and support employees, corporate teams (including Fleet, Central Purchasing, Sales, HR, and IT), and may regularly engage with customers, vendors, and industry representatives. Responsibilities

Lead production and assembly operations in alignment with FACE values and company goals Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring production schedules are met safely and efficiently Promote a continuous improvement mindset, using data and performance metrics to guide decisions Collaborate with corporate departments, vendors, and internal stakeholders Ensure alignment to company SOPs, lean practices, and quality standards Qualifications

3 years prior supervisory/management experience in manufacturing or assembly Knowledge of production workflows in door and millwork or truss manufacturing Familiarity with lean manufacturing, quality systems, and scheduling tools Ability to speak, write, and read English required Must be able to operate personal computer, smartphone, scanner, and any other equipment necessary for the job Must be able to type 30+ WPM Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems Shoes that are puncture resistant, slip resistant, and made of leather or composite material required Benefits
