You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Set the example and ensure adherence to ALL policies and procedures by yourself and your crew. Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, working to schedule, maintaining a perfect image, and adherence to standards. Deliver great customer service and maintain attendance and punctuality; manage transportation to/from work and store cleanliness. Support store marketing and profitability goals. Advancement

General job duties for all store team members include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and completing related paperwork. Clean equipment and facility regularly. Training: Orientation and on-the-job training provided. Communication Skills: Ability to understand and give correct written instructions; ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders in person or over the phone. Essential Functions/Skills: Ability to perform basic arithmetic (may use a calculator); make correct monetary change; verbal, written and telephone communication; eye–hand coordination for rapid, precise movements; ability to enter orders via computer keyboard or touch screen. Work Conditions
Exposure to varying weather and kitchen conditions; in-store temperatures range from coolers around 36°F to hot areas above 90°F. Fumes from food, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, and hot surfaces up to 500°F; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts may be present. Sensing
Talking and hearing on telephone; near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks; depth perception; ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces. Temperaments
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, handle stress, maintain quality standards, interact with people, analyze data, and make judgments and decisions. Physical Requirements
The following may be required: standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, pushing, climbing stairs or ladders, and occasional bending or crouching as described in task cards. Specifics include object weights and typical daily activities in a fast-paced pizza environment. Driving-Specific Duties
Deliver product by car to customers, distribute promotional materials, and maintain a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record; access to a vehicle is required for delivery. Essential Skills for Delivery
Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area; ability to navigate multi-story buildings and other delivery sites while carrying product. Physical Demands (Delivery)
Carrying pizzas and beverages; driving within a designated delivery area; walking between store, vehicle, and customer location; navigating stairs during delivery when needed. Work Location
