In this role, you’ll take ownership of high-impact initiatives that drive product strategy, translate user needs into scalable solutions, and collaborate across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver products customers love. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact at a fast-paced, product-led SaaS company tackling some of the most pressing challenges in data operations.

What You’ll Do

Lead major product initiatives from strategy through execution, balancing daily tactical delivery with multi-quarter strategic priorities.

Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to define, build, and launch impactful features.

Translate market signals, customer insights, and company objectives into clear, actionable requirements.

Write and maintain Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), customer-facing release notes, and end-user documentation that connect features to business goals and value.

Partner with CX and Sales to deliver training and enablement that ensures product functionality and changes are well-understood across teams.

Engage directly with customers to support design partnerships and gather feedback for new feature development and improvements.

Prioritize and manage the product backlog, making data-driven trade-offs between near-term delivery and long-term vision.

Define and track success metrics, using analytics and user feedback to guide iteration and continuous improvement.

Stay current on industry trends in data engineering, observability, lineage, and ETL to inform product direction.

What You Bring Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Engineering).

6+ years of experience in product management or a closely related role, ideally within SaaS or data-focused products.

Demonstrated success driving cross-functional projects and delivering features from concept to launch.

Skills & Tools

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication, storytelling, and documentation abilities.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience using tools such as Linear or Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, Figma or similar design/prototyping tools.

Ability to balance technical feasibility, user empathy, and business strategy.

Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with distributed teams.
