Compensation: $75,000-$90,000 (negotiable with experience) + 20% bonus, full benefits package, PTO, relocation assistance, and more! Requirements
2+ years of property management or community association (HOA) experience with demonstrated expertise in resort/community operations, including financial management, budget development, and QuickBooks proficiency Strong leadership and communication skills with proven ability to manage staff, resolve operational challenges, and ensure regulatory compliance across all community functions Comprehensive knowledge of community association laws, CC&Rs, and municipal regulations, combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software systems Responsibilities
Lead comprehensive resort operations, including daily management, strategic planning, facility maintenance, budget development, and financial reporting, while ensuring regulatory compliance and insurance requirements Serve as primary liaison between the Board of Directors, property owners, staff, and local community while coordinating vendor relationships, contractor oversight, and quality assurance of all completed work Manage human resources and community engagement by overseeing hiring, staff development, employee benefits, property owner records, annual meetings, and initiatives that foster strong community connections Seniority level
