Total Rewards Manager
to design, manage, and evolve the company’s compensation, benefits, and rewards programs. This role will be predominately remote, with some travel required. A successful candidate will thrive in small to mid-sized environments and wants to make a meaningful impact across compensation, benefits, and employee experience. Responsibilities
Align total rewards strategy with overall business and talent goals Build and maintain compensation structures, salary bands, and job architecture Lead compensation benchmarking and market analysis Oversee benefits administration and open enrollment planning Drive vendor evaluations and go-to-market efforts for benefits Support geographic expansion by adapting compensation frameworks to new markets Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance across programs Partner with HR, finance, and operations on cross-functional initiatives Deliver analytics and insights to support leadership decision-making Skills needed
6+ years in total rewards Strong experience with market surveys, job banding, and compensation frameworks Advanced Excel and analytical skills Proficiency with HRIS platforms Strong cross-functional collaboration and project leadership skills Certifications: SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CCP, or CEBS a plus Familiarity with regulated industries a plus Benefits
Personal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis up to 120 hours a year with an increase after tenure, 6 Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave (Washington State). PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year. Paid Sick Leave where applicable by State law Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan Equal Opportunity
