Our client, a respected mid-size firm in downtown Seattle, is seeking a

litigation associate

with 1–3 years of experience to join its nationally recognized construction law practice. This is an excellent opportunity for junior litigators to gain hands-on experience in complex construction disputes involving scope changes, liens, claims, and delays. Details Base Salary:

$130,000 – $150,000 per year DOE Hybrid Work Policy Annual Bonus:

Based on billables and other contributions Comprehensive Benefits:

Offered on an accrual basis, up to 160 hours per year + 12 paid holidays Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Admission to the Washington State Bar 1–3 years of litigation experience, with a focus on construction disputes preferred Experience with legal research, motion practice, written discovery, and contract analysis Experience with e-discovery tools and litigation support platforms The firm offers a collaborative environment, strong mentorship, and meaningful client interaction.
