Responsibilities
Lead and manage data and analytics projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
Facilitate project planning sessions, intake reviews, stand-ups, and retrospectives using Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear and timely updates on project status, risks, and milestones
Conduct business analysis: gather and document requirements, perform gap analyses, and support data-related decision-making processes
Collaborate with technical teams to manage backlogs, prioritize tasks, and ensure deliverables meet stakeholder expectations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of technical product management experience, ideally with exposure to analytics or data projects
Strong understanding of project management frameworks including Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or Asana
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in business analysis and requirements gathering for data-driven initiatives
Familiarity with QA processes and tools in data validation and reporting
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
