Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive platform vision aligned with business goals and customer needs
Create and maintain a clear, prioritized roadmap balancing short-term and long-term objectives
Evangelize the Data Platform across the organization and drive stakeholder alignment
Lead requirement gathering and product strategy for data platform services and tools
Drive data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
Minimum 7+ years of technical product management experience with data platforms or related fields
Strong understanding of modern data architectures and cloud data ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach
Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience as a software or data engineer
Strong business acumen to prioritize features based on customer value
Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Knowledge of data governance frameworks and compliance requirements
Insurance industry experience
