Develop and maintain custom reports for customers using system tools and high-level language tools Interact with customers to gather reporting requirements and set expectations for project milestones Validate reports to ensure accuracy and quality while suggesting improvements Plan and coordinate training classes, both online and potentially on-site Manage revenue forecasts for training offerings and custom reporting Qualifications
An Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution preferred Minimum of 2+ years of data reporting experience Proficiency in writing MS SQL queries, views, and stored procedures Strong critical thinking and consultative skills Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications
