Develop and maintain custom reports to meet customer needs using various system tools Create scope of work for projects with accurate data, cost, and time estimates Validate reports to ensure accuracy and quality while suggesting improvements Explain rules, interfaces, reports, and calculations to customers to meet their customization needs Plan and coordinate training classes for customers, both online and on-site Qualifications
Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution preferred Minimum of 2 years of data reporting experience Experience in writing MS SQL queries, views, and stored procedures Strong critical thinking and consultative skills Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications
