What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and maintain custom reports to meet customer needs using various system tools
Interact with customers to gather reporting requirements and set expectations for project milestones
Create scope of work documents with accurate data, cost, and time estimates for projects
Validate reports to ensure accuracy and quality, suggesting improvements as necessary
Plan and coordinate training classes for customers, including potential on-site delivery
What is Required (Qualifications)
Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution preferred
Minimum of 2 years of data reporting experience
Experience in writing MS SQL queries, views, and stored procedures
Strong critical thinking and consultative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in EMS or healthcare reporting or analyst roles
Knowledge of query optimization and troubleshooting techniques
Strong personal motivation and ability to work independently
