Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A K-12 school in Berkeley, CA is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to provide essential speech and language services for the upcoming school year (NSY). This contract position offers the opportunity to support students' communication development across all grade levels in a dynamic educational setting. Responsibilities
Conducting speech and language assessments to identify student needs Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress Maintaining detailed documentation and progress reports Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and other multidisciplinary team discussions Qualifications
Current SLP certification with CCC credential Experience working with K-12 students in a school environment Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and intervention strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt therapy techniques to diverse student populations Location
