Territory Manager
to join our winning team of sales professionals. You will be taking over an established territory with an existing dealer network. The right candidate will have
incredible growth opportunities
replicating this success by recruiting new dealers that will purchase and stock our products for resale. You will be selling Smart Construction and Grade Control Labor Saving Solutions and premier brands such as Topcon, Spectra Precision, Futtura, Hemisphere and Site Pro among many other products. Experience working with Topcon or Futtura brands (or similar) 2D/3D machine control, GPS, lasers, total stations, and other land survey or construction equipment is a bonus but not required. As a winner, this position will require you to be driven, self-motivated and goal oriented. You must be willing to receive guidance and direction as you are the primary link to our current and prospective clients. You are expected to provide excellent customer training and support after the sale. Join Us and Become an Employee Owner! Establish New Dealers & Accounts to strengthen the Distribution Network. Deliver product presentations and hands-on experiences to users and sales representatives. Supporting regional and national organizations through training and special initiative execution. Provide Dealer support in such areas as product training and event participation. This position will require some travel for dealer visits, trade shows, and training programs. Qualifications: Ideal candidates would be individuals already familiar with calling on construction industry dealers that sell our products. Minimum 3 years Sales experience Experience in telemarketing, e-commerce websites, online marketing and/or web content management also desirable. A willingness to learn the products and application of the products. Business-like, professional appearance. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Must be very computer literate and fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred but not required. Strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
