Technical Product Manager
to join our winning team. This is a multi-faceted role: being a product expert, offering training and technical support to INTEQ’s dealer network, and helping to drive product awareness through marketing and social media efforts. INTEQ Distributors, Inc. has been dedicated to distributing quality survey and construction technology products and services to Rental Houses, Construction Supply, and Survey Instrument dealers throughout North America since 1999. We are a very ambitious company with an excellent reputation in the marketplace. Responsibilities
Develop training resources and make them accessible on our website. Provide Training and Technical support to dealers and end users. Conduct new product training programs. Dealer site training Regional training events (put on around the country) Assist with installations as needed Promote INTEQ’s products through impactful marketing efforts including social media and email marketing campaigns Assist in maintaining, organizing and reporting on company CRM databases. Administer, track, and report company’s marketing coop activities. Event planning – such as trade shows, customer events, open houses, trainings and other events as needed. Updating company website calendars Assist in monitoring and reporting on active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns. Interfacing with our corporate marketing team to develop product marketing materials, such as literature and videos. Supporting our Inteq Sales Management team to develop successful dealer channels for our product lines. Setting up and attending key tradeshows, field days and other marketing events with the sales team. Remote support via phone and internet Submitting timely and accurate reports to management including a weekly update on products and marketing activities Traveling as needed to assist with field demonstrations, installations and training. Dealer invoicing as needed to assist sales staff. Qualifications
Experience with construction and/or surveying equipment is a plus. Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist. Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels Positive attitude, detail-oriented, customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability. Fluency in Spanish is a plus Minimum: 2yr Associates Degree Excellent technical aptitude Must be proficient with a computer; an intermediate or above user of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint Benefits
