Join the team as a Technical Product Manager to act as a product expert, provide training and technical support to INTEQ’s dealer network, and help drive product awareness through marketing and social media efforts. INTEQ Distributors, Inc. has been dedicated to distributing quality survey and construction technology products and services to Rental Houses, Construction Supply, and Survey Instrument dealers throughout North America since 1999. We are an ambitious company with an excellent reputation in the marketplace and an employee-owned culture. Responsibilities
Develop training resources and make them accessible on our website. Provide training and technical support to dealers and end users. Conduct new product training programs and dealer site training. Coordinate regional training events around the country. Assist with installations as needed. Promote INTEQ’s products through marketing efforts including social media and email campaigns. Maintain, organize, and report on company CRM databases; administer, track, and report on marketing co-op activities. Plan and execute events such as trade shows, customer events, open houses, trainings, and other events as needed. Update company website calendars; monitor and report on active marketing programs; collaborate with the marketing team on materials such as literature and videos. Support Sales Management to develop dealer channels for product lines; contribute to setting up and attending key tradeshows and field demonstrations with the sales team. Provide remote support via phone and internet; submit timely reports to management, including weekly product and marketing updates. Travel as needed for field demonstrations, installations, and training; assist with dealer invoicing as needed to support the sales staff. Qualifications
Experience with construction and/or surveying equipment is a plus. Proven experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist. Knowledge of online marketing and major marketing channels. Positive attitude, detail-oriented, customer-focused with good multitasking and organizational abilities. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Minimum: 2-year Associate’s Degree. Excellent technical aptitude; proficient with computers and an intermediate or higher level user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Benefits
