Procurement Coordinator
On-site: Newport Beach
Contract role: 3 months
Salary: $25
About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Coordinator to support our purchasing operations and vendor management processes. This role is critical in ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate purchase orders, vendor communications, and delivery schedules
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
Assist in sourcing suppliers and negotiating pricing and terms
Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure budget alignment
Track and report procurement metrics and KPIs
Support contract management and compliance activities
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing coordination
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in procurement systems or ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with vendor management and contract administration
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
