Global Account Manager - Hyperscalers Location: San Francisco, CA Travel: 20–30% (domestic + occasional Saudi Arabia) Company Description

Role Responsibilities
Own & grow global hyperscaler accounts: build deep, multi-threaded executive relationships, joint business planning, QBRs, and expand workloads across regions Drive disciplined growth: maintain healthy coverage (target ~4× pipeline), deliver accurate forecasts, and run detailed deal reviews. Lead landmark deals: Run RFI/RFPs, collaborate with Sales Engineering & Architecture, and negotiate MSAs/SLAs/pricing for multi-MW colocation and interconnection deals. Shape interconnection strategy: Position cross-connects, IX peering, and on-ramps to meet latency, resiliency, and performance goals. Orchestrate delivery: Partner with DC Operations/Construction/Network to ensure capacity reservations, cross-connect installs, turn-ups and milestones hit on time. Customer advocacy: Champion client needs, manage escalations, drive NPS, and identify expansion opportunities across workloads and geographies Experience & Qualifications
8 -12+ years enterprise data center/cloud/network sales; 3–5+ years owning hyperscaler/global accounts with multi-million-dollar TCV wins. Deep fluency in colocation and interconnection (cross-connects, IX, on-ramps) and how underpin to hyperscale architectures. Command of complex deal orchestration: RFP leadership, commercial & technical alignment, executive negotiation, and C-level storytelling. CRM discipline and enterprise sales methodology; consistent quota attainment with strong pipeline coverage habits. Bonus
Existing senior relationships at one or more target hyperscalers GPU/AI or HPC workload knowledge Sustainability literacy (PUE, renewable PPAs).
