Responsibilities
Provide influential technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams
Own complete solutions across their entire life cycle
Collaborate with product managers, principal engineers, and customers to solve complex problems
Lead architectural design discussions and contribute to quality improvement through peer reviews
Mentor junior team members to help them realize their full potential
Qualifications
Fluency in Java and at least one other modern programming language (e.g., C++, C#)
Minimum of 12 years of professional software development experience, primarily within a Java framework
5+ years of experience in architectural design and leading significant system initiatives
Expertise in complex problem-solving and troubleshooting production issues
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of experience in open-source frameworks
3+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Extensive experience with operational tools and platforms like Azure Portal and SonarQube
Demonstrated experience driving digital transformation initiatives
