In this role, you’ll be a trusted advisor to clients and an integral part of our growing cost management practice. Your responsibilities will include: Cost Management & Negotiation – Lead cost control efforts, oversee contingencies, and manage change orders with confidence. Budgeting & Forecasting – Develop and manage project budgets, provide accurate financial forecasting, and ensure alignment with client goals. Project Controls – Track invoices, monitor financial compliance, and maintain accurate cost tracking systems. Reporting – Deliver progress reports, earned value updates, and cost reconciliations that clients rely on. Contract Administration – Review proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure documentation is accurate and compliant. Client Support – Partner with project managers on RFPs, supplier coordination, and schedule monitoring. Project Closeout – Lead the closeout process and ensure client satisfaction every step of the way. What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a proactive, detail-driven professional who thrives on collaboration and is eager to deliver excellence. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience). 4+ years of relevant cost estimating experience across a variety of building types and design stages. Strong knowledge of elemental and CSI formats. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships. A problem-solver who can adapt quickly, think strategically, and bring innovative ideas to the table. What’s In It for You
