Overview

Clinical Research Coordinator I Bilingual - Mass General Brigham (The Diabetes Research Center at Massachusetts General Hospital). Base pay range: $19.76/hr - $28.44/hr. Location: 50 Staniford Street. Onsite work schedule: 40 hours/week. Employment type: Regular, Full-time. The position involves assisting with clinical research studies, participant recruitment and consent, data collection, scheduling, and basic clinical procedures under supervision. Candidates with a bachelor\'s degree in science may have a degree-equivalency path, and can use relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Responsibilities

Reviews proposals for compliance with sponsor and organizational guidelines and verifies sponsor requirements are met. Recruiting patients for clinical trials and conducting phone interviews. Verifies the accuracy of study forms and updates per protocol. Prepares data for analysis and data entry; documents patient visits and procedures. Assists with regulatory binders, QA/QC procedures, and study regulator submissions. Assists with interviewing study subjects and coordinating study activities. Qualifications

Education Bachelor\'s Degree in Science required; experience can be considered in lieu of degree. Experience Some relevant research project work (0-1 year preferred). Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Attention to detail and organization; ability to follow directions; good interpersonal and communication skills; computer literacy; working knowledge of clinical research protocols; ability to respect subjects\' rights and needs.
