General Store Manager - Alltown Fresh

is responsible for the management of the ongoing day-to-day operations of the store, while adhering to Company policies and procedures; direct supervision of staff; maximizing store profits and ensuring a high level of customer services and store appearance. Manage the ongoing day-to-day operations of the store in accordance with Company policies and procedures; provide direct supervision of staff; maximize store profits and ensure a high level of customer service and store appearance. Lead and develop a high performing team; plan and delegate tasks; monitor performance and coach associates to meet brand standards. Elevate guest and associate satisfaction; respond to customer complaints or inquiries; solicit feedback and develop plans to meet or exceed customer expectations. Staffing and recruiting: identify hiring needs, supervise interviewing, and collaborate with the store management team to select and hire candidates. Resource allocation and scheduling: prioritize work, manage time, and schedule labor hours to cover guest and business demands. Training: ensure associates are trained to perform their jobs safely, effectively, and to provide great customer service; oversee training and proficiency across the team. Foster an inclusive store atmosphere; promote a productive, engaged team environment and recognize accomplishments. Support development of associates and store management teams through performance management, development plans, and coaching; participate in hiring decisions as appropriate. Ensure safety, service, and operational efficiency by adhering to policies and procedures; manage safety programs and document incidents; comply with all laws and company policies. Lead change initiatives; champion programs; educate associates on the reason for change and ensure programs are executed and sustained. Achieve financial targets: monitor profitability, analyze financial reports, interpret statements, and act to achieve goals; manage inventory, costs, waste, and cash handling; use audits to identify and resolve issues. Build relationships with community partners to connect the store with its community and leverage organizational resources. Qualifications

Must be available to work flexible hours, including day, night, weekends, and/or holidays. Leadership experience in fast-paced retail, food service, or fuel environment preferred. Experience selecting, training, and managing staff. Experience with labor allocation, sales building, scheduling, and managing expenses. Experience coaching and developing team members through proper leadership skills. Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders/stairs, and lift to 25 lbs during a shift. Must have reliable transportation and valid driver\'s license. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. 1-2 years of supervisory experience. Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
