Job Summary
Crowell & Moring, a global Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a highly qualified Associate to join our Health Care practice group, working from its Denver office.
Responsibilities
Manage and run cases on a day-to-day basis, including supervising and managing junior associates.
Take and defend depositions and contribute to the development of case strategy.
Prepare and write complex briefs as part of active litigation matters.
Qualifications
3 to 6 years of litigation experience, preferably with managed care.
Experience managing and running cases on a day-to-day basis, including supervising and managing junior associates.
Experience taking and defending depositions, and writing complex briefs.
Excellent academic credentials and highly developed writing and analytical skills.
Must be a member of the Colorado Bar.
