Responsibilities
Pursue sales leads and conduct regular customer visits to grow market share
Provide technical guidance and product support, particularly for new product lines
Collaborate with customers and distributors to understand tooling needs
Lead product training sessions and new product introductions
Maintain CRM system with up-to-date customer information and opportunities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Applied Sciences or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience with metalworking/cutting tools
Strong communication and presentation skills for various group sizes
Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience preferred
U.S. work authorization and valid driver’s license required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly with cutting tools
Ability to pass customer facility clearance and travel as needed
Solid mathematical and analytical ability
