Overview We are seeking a sales professional who enjoys engaging with customers and colleagues and is driven to build relationships in a complex, healthcare environment. You should be influencer-driven, resilient, and focused on contributing to Stryker’s mission to make healthcare better.
What you will do
Work closely with experienced Sales Representatives and Managers to build clinical and product knowledge, selling styles, and techniques. They will coach you to grow a successful business.
Receive training and prepare independently to perform at high levels in the operating room, collaborating with surgeons and healthcare professionals.
Represent Stryker as a leader in the CMF market and identify and promote solutions that positively impact patients.
Collaborate with the team to build your business one customer and account at a time; identify and prospect new customers and care for existing ones.
Assist Sales Representatives in determining resources needed to achieve sales objectives and execute plans, including educational programs, product development initiatives, and sales strategies.
Foster a culture where CMF is a destination for top performers and where careers thrive.
What you need
1+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree required
Comfort adapting to new technology and business advancements
Comfortable in emergency and operating room environments
Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services (marketing strategy, product demonstrations, sales techniques, and sales control systems)
Ability to handle competing priorities and adapt to changing days
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships in a sales role
Willingness to spend up to 90% of time in the field with customers and sales professionals (including some weekends and overnight travel)
Highly organized with the ability to manage a busy schedule
Must have a personal car to transport product inventory and travel to support customers
Resilience to setbacks and ability to adjust strategies to minimize recurrence

Compensation and Benefits
Base/Draw + commission: $70,000-80,000 plus potential bonuses and benefits
