An established, growth-oriented company in the food production and distribution industry is seeking a Supply Chain Director to lead and optimize end-to-end operations. This high-impact leadership role will oversee production planning, customer service, warehousing, transportation, purchasing, and supplier management across multiple sites. Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of 40–50 employees, including senior managers, across two locations. Oversee logistics, warehousing, transportation, inventory, and supplier agreements with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in operations, finance, marketing, and quality to ensure reliable supply and strong business performance. Drive process improvements by leveraging systems, analyzing spend, and implementing best-in-class supply chain strategies. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while building a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications
10+ years of supply chain leadership experience, ideally within cold storage and/or food & beverage manufacturing. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Supply Chain or Business. Proven track record managing multi-site operations, inventory strategy, and global logistics. Strong people leader with experience building high-performing, engaged teams.
