We are the Growth Product Payments team within Streaming’s Global Product & design Organization, building and operating product features that drive acquisition and retention for our direct-to-consumer streaming brands. We are looking for a
Senior Product Manager
to drive the vision and execution of a next-generation payments platform that powers seamless and secure payment experiences for our global streaming audiences on Max and Discovery Plus. You will define and deliver an innovative payment solution, expand support for emerging payment methods, optimize processing, and ensure operational excellence across international markets.
You’ll lead a cross-functional team including engineers, designers, data scientists, legal, and finance stakeholders, collaborating to deliver high-performance payment capabilities that delight customers and support our growth.
Responsibilities
Provide subject matter expertise in the payments domain to optimize payment processing, improve customer experience and unlock new revenue opportunities through new payment features, globally.
Leverage internal and external data (market research, customer insights, competitor analysis, industry trends) to identify business opportunities, build a strategy and roadmap that drives innovation and enhances customer experience.
Own the decision-making process for the payment roadmap, aligning priorities with business objectives and clearly communicating trade-offs and progress to stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, data science, engineering and other stakeholders to define requirements for new payment features.
Partner with engineering teams to drive and execute the payment strategy, managing the end-to-end process from ideation to delivery.
Develop and monitor success metrics for key payment initiatives and ongoing operational health to enable data-driven decisions.
Oversee the development and launch of payment features for local and global markets, providing clarity to engineering and managing tradeoffs to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on direct-to-consumer subscription payments.
Able to prioritize and articulate your product roadmap across business functions and geographies.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage colleagues and influence stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Understanding of payment infrastructure, including end-to-end money movement across acquiring, issuing, settlement and reconciliation processes.
Experience working with global payments and alternative payment methods (APMs) for a subscription business.

In compliance with local law, the compensation range is disclosed where required. Base pay is one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package. Pay Range: $119,700.00 - $222,300.00 per year. Actual salaries vary based on market data, location, skill set, and experience.
