What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Oversee the development of strategies related to pricing, product, and underwriting for home products

Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance customer experience and implement product changes

Conduct competitive research to identify market opportunities and threats

Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of product development initiatives

Develop and maintain comprehensive customer product strategies, including segmentation and roadmap development

What is Required (Qualifications)

Demonstrated experience in providing customer-driven solutions or services

Proven track record in developing insurance product strategies

Extensive knowledge of market research and regulatory trends

Strong understanding of product design, pricing, and management

Experience leading projects in product development with profit and loss accountability

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience as an insurance state product manager or in a management role within the insurance industry

Familiarity with lean innovation, agile methodologies, or other development approaches
