Lead the financial reporting and technical accounting team in drafting and filing SEC documents, including form 10-Q, 10-K, Proxy, and other registration statements Monitor and analyze new accounting pronouncements and SEC regulations while implementing necessary changes Manage the preparation and maintenance of external reporting processes, including financial statements and EPS calculations Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors during annual audits and quarterly reviews Provide technical accounting guidance to the finance team and other business units, developing reference guides for routine transactions What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in public accounting and a strong background in SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting in a public company In-depth knowledge of GAAP, including share-based compensation, EPS, business combinations, SEC regulations, and SOX requirements Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
