Performs a wide range of tasks across multiple areas within a Store location, including processing customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on banking products and services Delivers end-to-end advisory service: educate customers, provide consultative support, and offer proactive insights and recommendations Uses TD systems to engage with customers to acquire and deepen relationships by providing advice and guidance Identify customer financial needs and promote products or refer to appropriate team members while ensuring a positive customer experience Complete everyday banking transactions on teller or platform, educating customers on products and tools or referring to experts as needed Service customers on teller line and platform, including personal deposit accounts, debit/credit card issues, Regulation E, and digital banking Engage with customers to lead generation activities, manage leads, conduct outreach, set appointments, and prioritize leads Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED 1 year experience working with customers in any capacity (volunteering, education, or military experience acceptable) Demonstrated customer service skills Ability to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled Teller experience preferred and completion of Teller training and part 1 of platform training on hire Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills Ability to work independently and under deadlines; good judgment Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Notary license preferred Customer Accountabilities
Provide legendary customer service while transacting, promoting, educating, and referring TD products Build and nurture customer relationships with product knowledge and attentive listening Manage wait times and schedule client meetings; serve as first point of contact for inquiries and resolutions Support TD’s customer service strategy and comply with policy and procedures Complete compliance training and adhere to risk and control programs Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory requests; comply with TD Code of Conduct Shareholder Accountabilities
Ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act) to minimize risk Process cash/deposits/withdrawals and other account servicing requests Perform daily transactions, including opening/closing accounts and updating customer information Adhere to regulations, policies, and control requirements; handle cash drawers with accuracy Follow customer authentication procedures and perform dual control when required Follow open/close procedures Employee/Team Accountabilities
